Mindfulness among trees

Learn simple ways to be calm and connect to your greater sense of wellbeing. Mindful walking, senses and a colour visualisation will be practices in this lunchtime walkshop.

Being among nature and trees we find peace and calm from the mental chatter and release stress that we all experience. Mindfulness helps develop a calmer, centred and healthier life. By focussing on mindful walking we practice a different way to be mindful.

Trees have an ability to lift our spirit and connect us to our higher sense, we wonder at their beauty and grace and marvel at their adaptability to persevere amongst the pollution and grime of inner city dwelling.

This walk is suitable for all levels whether you already practice mindfulness as part of your daily routine or you are a beginner.
