Part of the first ever Urban Tree Festival, made possible by donations from 70 generous crowd funding supporters and city-greening charity Trees for Cities. We are delighted to welcome yoga and mindfulness teacher Mel Sutton to lead a walkshop on Visualisation, Mindfulness and Movement.

On this walk we will starting in Red Cross Garden and then walk to nearby Mint Street Park, both pretty gardens managed by Bankside Open Spaces Trust

Surrounded by nature we have chosen this peaceful garden to explore different ways you can experience mindfulness.

This interactive event will make this a fun and expressive morning as we try out different ways to be mindful.

Explore gentle yoga breath and movement, visualisation and ways to focus the mind in different ways. This event will give you a toolbox of mindful techniques as you develop your own practice.

Being outdoors and connecting with nature is a wonderful and nurturing way to develop mindfulness and experience a deeper connection to our surroundings.

This event is for adults onlhy. This walk is suitable for all levels whether you already practice mindfulness and yoga as part of your daily routine or you are a beginner.
