Part of the first ever Urban Tree Festival, made possible by donations from 70 generous crowd funding supporters and city-greening charity Trees for Cities. We are delighted to welcome yoga and mindfulness teacher Mel Sutton to lead a walkshop on Mindfulness in the city.

Who says you can’t be mindful in the heart of the city?

Join us on this urban oasis as we learn some mindful techniques. Experience how the mind and breath are closely entwined. As we calm our breath we experience a calmer mind and a spiritual connection to the earth. Walking and breath, connecting to the senses and using colour and sound, this will be an immersive experience into mindfulness.

Being outdoors and connecting with nature is a wonderful and nurturing way to develop mindfulness and experience a deeper connection to our surroundings.

This walk is suitable for all levels whether you already practice mindfulness as part of your daily routine or you are a beginner.  Meet inside the garden entrance on St Giles Passage. The event includes a walk to nearby Phoenix Gardens WC2H 8DG.
